We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or most major credit cards.  Our office now offers CareCredit as well. 

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we kindly ask for a phone call to reschedule your appointment. This courtesy will allow us to open up your appointment slot to others who are in need.
